avoid these guys
used them once, and never again, and i urge everyone reading this and every other forum, review site etc that i will be posting on, to not use them and save themselves the trouble.
so, i had to make separate orders of 2x 5 units as they wouldnt let me buy 1 lot of 10 units, alright, so i pay the shipping for both..
they send it over 3 weeks later, together in ONE satchel!! which was damaged and ripped with holes tapped up.. items inside of course damaged!!
when getting a refund, guess what, have to pay the return fee also!
this company rips people off, clear and simple, hopefully the ombudsman shuts them down.
disgraceful.

Had a minor issue with an item being too small. Asked for a refund instead of a store credit and the company got back to me within the day saying they were happy to help. Great experience, can't recommend the company enough.
I needed a refund processed on a pair of shoes and there was no record of my purchase with my bank account so it was a little difficult to find. All my ozsale reps I communicated with were very helpful and speedy with their replies.

I have found Ozsale to be helpful and efficient when dealing with returns or issues with orders.
The quality of the clothes is very very poor. Clothes look fantastic on the photo but in reality they look terrible. The sizes are not conform with Australian sizes. Customer feedback is not welcomed as my complaint bounced back immediately. I will never buy there again and recommend you not to buy there either. Spend your money somewhere else, but not at ozsale.com.au ;-)
